How to start a return

  1. Contact us - Email  hello@apawfectplace.com.au with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive return shipping label 
  3. Package your return - Ensure the item(s) are unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include the return form provided.
  4. Ship your return - Attach the return label to the package and send it back to us.
  5. Processing - Once we receive and assess your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as requested, as long as all requirements meet our return policy.
  6. Receive refund - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Missed the parcel

Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged

Any parcels that are returned to us, will encounter a $10 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. We will contact the email address provided to arrange this. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $10.
