Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $10
• Express Shipping: $15

You will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally be dispatched on the following Monday. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions.

Missed the Parcel

If you miss an attempted delivery, please check your letterbox for an “Awaiting Collection” card and arrange redelivery or collection with your local Australia Post service.

Please note that parcels may be returned to us if redelivery or collection is not arranged within the required timeframe.

If a parcel is returned to us, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply. We will contact you using the email address provided with your order to arrange payment and re-shipment.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days, a refund will be issued for the net price of the item(s), less the $10 return-to-sender fee.

Shipping Fees & Returned Parcels

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a parcel is returned to us for reasons other than a missed delivery, such as an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you would like the parcel to be re-shipped, additional shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer.

New Zealand ($40)

Asia ($40): Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

North America ($50): Canada
