Local Delivery
We provide free local delivery to customers in Brisbane with no minimum order. Postcodes include:
4000, 4005, 4006, 4007, 4008, 4009, 4010, 4011, 4012, 4013, 4014, 4017, 4018, 4025, 4029, 4030, 4031, 4032, 4034, 4035, 4036, 4051, 4053, 4054, 4055, 4059, 4060, 4061, 4064, 4065, 4066, 4067, 4068, 4101, 4169
The delivery time for local delivery will be between 4 pm - 10 pm (Monday - Friday), and 10 am - 6 pm (Saturday - Sunday).
You will receive an SMS from us 1 hour before the delivery.

Shipping
We provide free shipping on some small products, which will be listed in the product info page. Free shipping will be applied either when all the products are eligible for free shipping or the total is over $38.
All the products will be shipped via Australia Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $38, delivery will cost $10. You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Express shipping is also available with $5 extra.
Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to ship it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 8 A.M. are sent the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Business days include Monday-Friday only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will refund net price of your item(s) minus the shipping fees. If another shipping is requested, the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

International Shipping

If an item is out of stock, is it gone forever?
No, it just means that we’ve temporarily sold out of that item, and we’ll have new stock available soon. You can contact us to find out when it will be available again.
