Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia

• Standard Shipping — $10, or FREE on orders of $49 and over
• Express Shipping — $15

Dispatch times

Once your order has been received, we aim to ship it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 8 a.m. are sent the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following Monday. Business days are Monday to Friday only.

Shipping fees and returned parcels

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the price of your item(s) minus the shipping fees. If you would like it sent again, the new shipping cost is paid by the customer.

International shipping

We offer flat-rate standard shipping to the countries below.

• New Zealand — $40
• Asia — $40: Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
• Canada — $50
