Shipping
All the products will be shipped via Australia Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $50, delivery will cost $10. You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Express shipping is also available with $5 extra.
Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to ship it within 1-2 business days.ย Orders placed on Friday, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Business days include Monday-Friday only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will refund net price of your item(s) minus the shipping fees. If another shipping is requested, the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Missed the parcel
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card hasย been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged.ย
Any parcels that are returned to us, will encounter a $10 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. We will contact the email address provided to arrange this. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $10.
